As appealing as they are, the energy systems are but one compelling reason to own at ‘Āinamalu. Once a decision has been made to purchase, new owners meet with interior designer Jennifer Hardy of Inhabit Interiors to select the specific finishes they want, plus any upgrades. As an added plus for pet owners, ‘Āinamalu is the only pet-friendly community at Waikoloa Beach Resort. “The only thing you really need is furniture, and we have designers on staff to help with that too!” Wild says.
