Top chefs from the Kohala Coast will present tasting stations throughout the center with some of the finest cuisine on Hawaii Island. A dessert station by the Patisserie students from Hawaii Community College- West Hawaii promises exquisite desserts. Tickets are $30 per person.
For an additional $20, you can attend an intimate food demonstration by Chef Ippy Aiona in the newest restaurant on the coast, Three Fat Pigs. Scripts for $3 sold separately and will benefit the Hawaii Community College Palamanui Culinary program, with all proceeds going to outfit new teaching kitchens.
