    Annual Rubber Duckie Race

    Kings’ Shops is celebrating the 25th year of the Annual Waikoloa Rubber Duckie Race, which is a fund raiser for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Hawai`i. Adoption certificates for the Rubber Duckie race are on sale until 3 pm on race day (July 4) and offer a chance to win over $37,000 in prizes. Individual duckie adoptions are $5 each and Quack Packs are $25 each and include four adoption certificates and one event T-shirt (while supplies last). The festivities at Kings’ Shops start at 10 am and will include food booths, children’s entertainment, live music on the stage, and special promotions at participating stores.

    This fun-filled event at Queens’ MarketPlace will feature great entertainment, carnival games, airbrush tattoos, balloon sculpting, train rides, and lots of great family fun all day long, culminating with live music set to a spectacular fireworks display over Waikoloa Bowl at Queens’ Gardens. The fun begins at 12:00 PM and continues throughout the day until the 8:00 PM fireworks extravaganza. Wind down after the fireworks with relaxing music from Full Circle until 9:30 PM.     4th of July Extravaganza - Free Entertainment at Waikoloa Bowl

    Bring your beach chair or blanket and enjoy a free evening of music under the stars. Entrances open 4:30 pm. Entertainment starts at 5:15 pm. Fireworks begin at 8 pm. This is an alcohol-free, smoking-free, and-drug-free event.
